Replacement of the existing pipe-and-slit-drained Fibresand pitch with a new stitched hybrid pitch. The pitch works were completed to first use in nine weeks.

- Excavation and removal of 30,000 tonnes of subsoil to reduce pitch crossfall from 1 in 50 to 1 in 100
