In consultation with the Client, the aim of this phase is to develop a set of detailed
designs, specifications, bills of quantities and construction drawings.
These provide the basis for the production of tender documentation.
We can suggest suitable specialist contractors and on return of the tenders provide
an analysis based on quality, capability and cost.
This allows the client to make an informed decision in awarding the contract. All
natural outdoor turf pitches as well as synthetic/artificial pitches are catered
for which include:
- Bowling greens.
- Cricket pitches and outfields.
- Croquet lawns.
- Football pitches.
- Golf courses.
- Hockey pitches.
